Every payment form lives in **Payment Page > Payment Forms**. The list shows each form's title, shortcode and date. Hover over a form to see its actions:

* **Edit** opens the form builder.
* **Quick Edit** changes the title or status without opening the builder.
* **Trash** moves the form to the trash. You can restore it from the **Trash** view.
* **View** opens the published form. Drafts show **Preview** instead.
* **Duplicate** makes a copy of the form.

## Duplicate a form

Duplicate is the fastest way to build a new form that works like one you already have, for example the same plans in a new currency or the same form for another product.

1. Hover over the form in the **Payment Forms** list.
2. Click **Duplicate**.

The list reloads and confirms: "Payment form duplicated. *Title (Copy)* is saved as a draft and stays hidden from visitors until you publish it." Click **Edit the copy** in that notice to open it.

The copy:

* has every setting of the original: plans and prices, order bumps, products, upsells, form fields, payment methods, actions after payment, cart reminders and style.
* starts as a **Draft**, so it takes no payments until you set it to **Active** and click **Update**.
* gets its own shortcode, which you can copy from the list.
* starts with no payments, analytics or cart reminders of its own. Those stay with the original form.

If a form sits on an Elementor page, duplicate the page in Elementor as well and pick the copied form in its **Payment Page Form** widget.
