What's the total cost of using the plugin?#
The free plugin adds a 2% Payment Page platform fee to Stripe payments, including order bumps, products and upsells. PayPal payments have no platform fee. The fee keeps the free plugin supported and growing.
Pro removes the platform fee. Stripe's and PayPal's own processing fees apply on both plans; check their current pricing for your country and payment methods.
On the free plan, Payment Page > Analytics shows roughly how much you've paid in platform fees, so you can compare it with the Pro price.
Can I try beta versions?#
Contact Payment Page support or email [email protected] to ask whether a beta is available for your license and site. Never install a beta on a live site without a current backup and a way to roll back.
How do I give Gaucho Plugins access to my Stripe account?#
Only when Payment Page support asks for it. Never send a Stripe password, secret key or login code.
- Sign in to Stripe and go to Settings > Team.
- Invite
[email protected]with the role support asked for, and only that role. - Remove the access when the work is done.
