Microsoft Pay is not selectable or rendered by Payment Page 1.5.3. The plugin filters the legacy microsoft_pay value from stored payment-method settings so it remains inert without changing the other saved methods.
This URL is retained so older links do not become a 404. Use the Stripe overview for the payment methods exposed by the current release.
